Below are our 2016  rates for Low Pressure TANNING Lamps.

At Worldwide Specialty Lamp, we try to keep our shipping rates to a minimum
 as much as possible. Unfortunately we do have to adjust our rates in accordance with
UPS' annual price increases along with other factors, including but not limited to
packaging costs, fuel surgcharges, etc. 

 

The flat rate (per case) is listed per state below. 

                               

Please note that any order of 75 or more low pressure tanning lamps, 
may be more cost effective if shipped via trucklines, depending on your region.

                                          RE: 2016 UPS rate increases for U.S. shipping points

 

EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 28th, 2015

 

As you probably already know, UPS rate increases go into effect on December 28th, 2015.  At Worldwide

Specialty Lamp, we try to keep our shipping rates to a minimum as much as possible. Unfortunately we

will have to adjust our rates in accordance with the 2016 UPS price increase along with other factors,

including but not limited to packaging costs, fuel surcharges, etc.

 

As of December 28th, 2015, new UPS shipping costs will go in effect when shipping low pressure tanning lamps.

We have created a list (in alphabetical order by state) to show the flat rate per state for shipping these lamps.

Hawaii and Alaska customers may call or email us for shipping quotes. Please

note that on December 29th, 2015 we will also be checking UPS’ updated rates in our online system and

rerunning these rates to confirm they are correct. If for any reason the rates come up higher or lower than expected,

adjustments will be made to the list on that very day and you will be notified. This list will also

be available on our website at www.wslusa.com.

                   

        Please note, that other charges may also apply. We cannot list all costs involved which could be

        applicable to all your shipping needs, due to the vast variation of shipping probabilities to any specific

        packages. You may go to www.rates.ups.com to check any additional rates that would apply to your

        specific needs. We may also ship on your UPS account, simply notate or advise us of your UPS

        account number when submitting your orders. Here are a few that apply frequently:      

 

        $12.50 C.O.D. Fee                                                                            $8.40 Call Tag Fee

        $14.00 Address Correction Change Fee per box                              2.5% of total charges added to

        $17.25 UPS Intercept Charge per box (reconsignment fee)                       3rd party billing (New Fee for 2016)

        $3.82 per package Residential Delivery Fee

 

        Worldwide Specialty Lamp also uses Truck Lines and FedEx upon request and the following applies:

Order must ship collect on customers account

Ask for a freight quote when placing your order

 FedEx will charge us a $12.50 pick up fee for shipments of $75 or more,

or $25.00 pick up fee for shipments less than $75.

This fee would be added to your invoice as a freight charge.

It is sometimes beneficial to use truck lines when shipping

50-75 or more low pressure lamps.
